Gürkan Türkaslan was born in Bursa in 1983 and grew up in Çınaroba Village of Doğanhisar district of Konya, his hometown. He currently lives in Çankaya district of Ankara and speaks English at a good level.

His entrepreneurial adventure started in 2008 by establishing Idesa Informatics Ltd. In 2013, Anatole Production Inc. has further expanded its business activities by establishing Anatole Production Inc.

He completed his bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Gazi University and then completed his master's degree in Political Science and Public Administration at International Ahmet Yesevi University. In this way, he has a solid knowledge in both business administration and political science.

Gürkan Türkaslan's career is not limited to the business world. He has gained experience in different fields by actively taking part in professional and non-governmental organisations. He is the founder and President of the Visionaries Club. He is also the founder and vice president of Hürgenç. Through these associations, he continues his efforts to raise awareness on visionary, leadership and entrepreneurship among young people.

Türkaslan has continuously improved himself by attending a number of seminars and courses throughout his career. He has certificates in digital entrepreneurship, personal performance and time management, information systems management, Python, MVC project development, Android and iOS mobile application development. In this way, he always renews himself by closely following the current trends in the field of technology.

An important turning point in Gürkan Türkaslan's life was the Gulf Earthquake in 1999. This disaster contributed to the germination of Türkaslan's democratic thought and increased his social sensitivity. This painful experience increased Türkaslan's interest in people-oriented projects and efforts to improve the welfare of the society.
