As Vizyonerler, our attorney Başak Karataş filed a criminal complaint against Tuğçe Kazaz for her insults against Atatürk on the TUKA Youtube channel on the grounds that she committed the crimes of "Violation of Law No. 5816, inciting the public to hatred and hostility, attacking religious values". After the criminal complaint, the relevant video was deleted from the YouTube platform by the decision of the prosecutor's office.
